Job Description – Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting, GST, taxation and compliance-related work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and other transactions.
- Handle bookkeeping and bank, cash, ledger and other reconciliations.
- GST knowledge is mandatory; assist in GST return preparation, filing and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Handle TDS/TCS-related workings and compliance support.
- Assist in Income Tax return preparation and related work.
- Assist seniors in ROC/MCA compliance and filings as required.
- Prepare basic financial reports, statements and supporting schedules.
- Follow up with clients for pending professional fees, statutory payments and required documents/data.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting,



GST and other compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

- Positive practical knowledge of GST
- Tally/accounting software knowledge
- Basic to good Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of TDS and Income Tax
- Good accounting and bookkeeping skills
- Good communication and client coordination skills
- Ability to follow up with clients professionally
- Willingness to learn and work on multiple client accounts

Important: This is not purely a data-entry accounting role. The candidate will work on client accounts, GST, taxation, compliance support and client coordination under the supervision of seniors.

- Maintain proper files, vouchers, documents and compliance records.
- Assist seniors in audit and other accounting/compliance work.
- Handle basic office documentation and other accounting-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
