Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Influencer & Digital Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging social media creatives, campaign designs, promotional materials, presentations, and branding assets for influencers, brands, and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, knowledge of social media trends, and the ability to create high-quality designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and engaging Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media creatives.
- Design campaign posters, promotional creatives, banners, thumbnails, and digital advertisements.
- Develop creative assets for influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Design pitch decks, campaign presentations, case studies, and performance reports.
- Create branding and promotional materials for influencers and clients.
- Develop creative content for the company's social media channels.
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines, typography, layouts, and visual identity.
- Create trend-based and platform-friendly designs for social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Client Servicing, Campaign, and Content teams for creative requirements.




- Handle multiple design projects and deliver high-quality creatives within timelines.
- Stay updated with social media design trends, influencer content trends, and digital marketing aesthetics.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, Entertainment, Creator Management, or Content Production is preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and digital design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of social media formats, layouts, typography, colors, and visual composition.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing creatives.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
