Responsibilities and Duties

- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
- Inventory management with hardware bifurcation details.
- Basic understanding of CRM.
- Knowledge of Installation of backend & network settings.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

- B.Com / B.Sc / B.A
- Basic knowledge of software and networks .

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Linux systems, utilities, and software.
- Solid problem-solving skills.




- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English (basic command of English is required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
