Campus Growth & Partnerships InternHackingly Innovators
Location: Jaipur + Travel
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month + performance incentives
Opportunity: Pre-placement / Full-time opportunity after the internship
This is not a typical internship.
At Hackingly, we are building a large ecosystem connecting students, developers, professionals, founders, companies, colleges, universities and institutions.
As a Campus Growth & Partnerships Intern, you will not simply be sending emails or making calls.
You will be building relationships, pitching ideas, developing partnerships, identifying revenue opportunities and helping execute the programs you bring to Hackingly.
One day, you could be speaking with a college Director. The next, you could be pitching a program to a university, coordinating an event, meeting a community leader or figuring out how an existing institutional relationship can become a larger business opportunity.
If you are someone who enjoys meeting people, dislikes repetitive work and wants to learn business by actually doing it, this internship is for you.
What will you do?
Your journey will broadly be:
Research → Connect → Pitch → Negotiate → Close → Execute → Grow
You will:
- Identify colleges, universities, institutes, schools and communities that could work with Hackingly.
- Reach out to decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Understand institutional requirements and identify potential Hackingly solutions.
- Pitch Hackingly's programs, partnerships and offerings.
- Follow up, negotiate and work towards closing paid partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for recurring or larger institutional engagements.
- Coordinate with the internal team to execute the partnerships you help close.
- Support student registrations, institutional outreach and event/program deliverables.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional decision-makers.
- Track conversations, opportunities and revenue pipelines.
- Explore new ways to convert institutional relationships into sustainable business opportunities.
Revenue mindset is important.
We are not looking for someone who thinks a partnership simply means signing an MoU.
We want someone who can look at an institution and think:
“What problem are they trying to solve, and how can Hackingly solve it as a meaningful business opportunity?”
A workshop could become a hackathon.
A hackathon could become a student chapter.
A student chapter could become an annual institutional partnership.
A single conversation could become a long-term client.
You should constantly be looking for the next opportunity.
Who are we looking for?
You do not need a particular degree or years of experience.
We care much more about personality, communication, curiosity, ownership and hunger to learn.
You should be:
- Extremely comfortable talking to new people.
- Confident communicating with senior decision-makers.
- Highly energetic and outgoing.
- Curious and commercially minded.
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-ups.
- Comfortable travelling and meeting people.
- Good at negotiation and persuasion.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- Interested in sales, business development, partnerships and entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where every day can look different.
Most importantly:
You should want to build something, not just complete an internship.
Why join Hackingly?
This will not be a conventional internship where your work is limited to lead generation.
You will learn how a real business works:
Lead Generation
↓
Sales & Pitching
↓
Negotiation
↓
Revenue Closure
↓
Event Execution
↓
Relationship Management
↓
Account Growth
You will get the opportunity to interact with Deans, Directors, Placement Heads, Founders, HR leaders, community leaders and other decision-makers.
You will also gain exposure to technology, entrepreneurship, startups, campus ecosystems, events and corporate partnerships.
What happens after six months?
We want this internship to have a clear growth path.
If you are currently in your final semester:
You can be considered for a full time opportunity after completing six months, subject to your performance and graduation requirements.
If you are already graduating / have recently graduated:
After six months, based on your performance, your stipend can be revised, followed by transition into a full-time role once you graduate.
The objective is simple:
Intern → Prove yourself → Grow with us → Full-time opportunity
Exceptional performance can accelerate this journey.
How will we measure you?
Not simply by how many calls you make.
We will look at:
- Quality of conversations
- Qualified opportunities generated
- Meetings converted
- Partnerships closed
- Revenue generated
- Institutional relationships built
- Repeat and expanded opportunities
- Execution quality
- Ownership and initiative
Activity is good. Impact is better.
This role is for you if...
You would rather meet interesting people than sit behind a spreadsheet all day.
You would rather pitch an idea than prepare another presentation.
You would rather work towards closing a real partnership than simply complete a target number of calls.
You would rather travel to a new city and meet a new institution than repeat the same day every day.
And if your mindset is:
“Give me a target, give me the opportunity, and I will figure out how to make it happen.”
Then we want to meet you.
