We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customers, understanding their lighting requirements, recommending suitable products, preparing quotations, and following up to convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Attend to customers and understand their lighting requirements.

* Explain and recommend suitable lighting products, fixtures, and solutions.

* Generate leads through customer follow-ups, references, and other sales activities.

* Prepare quotations and BOQs based on customer/project requirements.

* Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

* Coordinate with the purchase, billing, and project teams to ensure smooth order execution.

* Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Visit project sites or meet clients when required.

* Achieve assigned sales targets.

* Keep track of market trends, competitor products, and pricing.

* Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements

* 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in lighting,



electrical, interior, architectural products, or automation.

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-oriented attitude with good negotiation and follow-up skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

* Ability to understand product specifications and explain them clearly to customers.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.

* Candidates with experience in lighting will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Based on experience and suitability.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be provided.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
