Job Summary

The Telecollections Executive is responsible for contacting customers through telephone calls to follow up on overdue payments, understand reasons for non-payment, negotiate payment commitments, and achieve assigned collection targets.

The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company collection policies.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Calling & Follow-Up

- Make outbound calls to customers with pending, overdue,



or missed payments.
- Inform customers about outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options.
- Follow up regularly on promised payment dates.
- Handle inbound customer calls related to outstanding payments.
- Explain account/payment details clearly and professionally.
- Follow up on broken promises and missed commitments.
