Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and curious Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Product Management team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in software product management and work closely with engineering, design, business, sales, and customer-facing teams.As an APM, you will help translate customer needs and business goals into product requirements, support product discovery and development, analyze product performance, and contribute to delivering intuitive, high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist Product Managers in defining product vision, goals, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Conduct customer and market research to understand user needs, pain points, and competitive trends.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and business requirements.
- Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Work closely with software engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, product demos, and retrospectives.
- Help prioritize product features based on customer value, business impact, effort, and technical feasibility.
- Track product metrics and prepare reports to evaluate feature and product performance.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help ensure products meet defined requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing,



Customer Success, and Support teams to understand market and customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor products and industry trends and share relevant insights with the product team.
- Contribute to product launches, release communications, and post-launch analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, product adoption, engagement, and retention.

Required Skills & Experience

- 06 month of experience in product management, software, business analysis, consulting, technology, or a related area; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software development and the product development lifecycle.
- Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
