- Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs.
- Thorough research and in depth understanding of clients profile, culture, market status.
- Understand and analyze overall client's need and requirements(Job description, compensation, role expectations, role analysis) and providing the right solution by right fit.
- Search, screen and engage with candidates through portals and other channels, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
- Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, social media, and qualified networking.
- Create and implement recruiting strategies
- Create and post job advertisements
- Assess applications and resumes
- Screen & interview applicants before presenting to the clients.
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and on boarding.
- Managing the database and creating reports.
