n? What You Will Own
nAs Country Sales Head, you will be responsible for:
n✅ Building and executing the sales strategy for the assigned country/study destination
n✅ Driving student admissions and revenue growth




n✅ Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing Sales & Counselling Team
n✅ Setting and driving individual and team sales targets
n✅ Building strong B2C and B2B student acquisition channels
n✅ Managing the complete funnel:
nLead → Follow-up → Counselling → Application → Admission → Revenue
n✅ Developing innovative Concept Marketing & Sales Strategies
n✅ Conducting seminars, webinars, presentations and student/parent engagement initiatives
n✅ Working closely with Digital Marketing, Counselling, B2B and Business Development teams
n✅ Analysing conversion, revenue and sales performance data
n✅ Identifying funnel gaps and implementing corrective strategies
n✅ Presenting market insights, performance reports and growth plans to management
