nThe Cogent is seeking a talented Branding Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role demands strong visual sensibilities, an understanding of brand psychology, and the ability to work with both traditional and AI-powered design tools. You will conceptualise and produce compelling brand visuals aligned with client objectives and emerging design trends.

nKey Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute impactful visual concepts aligned with brand messaging.n
- Use Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, and AI tools to produce engaging design assets.n
- Maintain consistency across branding elements for all digital and print outputs.n
- Adapt designs for social media, websites, print collateral, and brand campaigns.n
- Follow industry trends, especially related to AI-driven creative automation.n




- Convert creative briefs into visually appealing and high-performing brand assets.n

nRequirements & Skills
nCore Qualifications
n
- n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in branding-focused graphic design.n
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.n
- Robust understanding of typography, colour theory, composition & brand identity.n
- Experience with both print and digital design formats.n
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.n
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.n

nAI Tools Proficiency (Preferred)

- Working knowledge of Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, or similar tools.n
- Ability to use generative AI for faster concept creation and design enhancement.n
