nWe are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with solid experience in the Steel / TMT industry to manage sales operations across Tamil Nadu.
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business growth across Tamil Nadu.n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and key customers.n
- Manage and expand the dealer and distribution network.n
- Achieve sales targets and ensure market growth.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.n




- Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.n
- Lead and manage the sales team for the region.n
- Ensure effective market coverage and customer engagement.n

nCandidate Requirements

- n
- 5–10 years of experience in the Steel / TMT industry is mandatory.n
- Strong knowledge of the Tamil Nadu steel/TMT market.n
- Proven experience in sales and dealer/distributor management.n
- Good communication, negotiation and team management skills.n
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.n
- Candidates currently working in the Steel / TMT industry will be preferred.n
