nRole Purpose
nThe Senior Associate is the production backbone of the French UWSS unit. This role processes underwriting support transactions received directly from a French-speaking insurer/broker, working in native French documentation and French-language customer systems, while maintaining the quality, turnaround, and compliance standards expected of an offshore delivery centre.

- Policy lifecycle processing: Process recent business, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations across the commercial P&C; policy lifecycle, working from French-language submission forms and underwriting instructionsn
- French client tools: Operate customer underwriting/policy administration systems that are configured and presented entirely in French, with no English overlayn
- Transaction quality: Own end-to-end transaction processing to meet first-time-right and SLA quality standardsn
- Document interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and action French-language proposal forms, endorsement requests, and broker correspondencen
