We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, running, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to help drive leads, conversions, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on results
• Analyze data, track key metrics, and prepare performance reports
• Work on strategies to improve leads, conversions, and ROI
• Conduct audience and competitor research
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in performance or digital marketing
• Valuable understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on campaign performance
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• A results-oriented mindset and willingness to experiment and learn
