The Cacti Store is looking for a highly creative Social Media & Content Manager to own our day-to-day social presence and create content that people actually want to watch and share.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own Instagram content execution
Build weekly content calendars based on the overall marketing strategy
Ideate and produce Reels, Stories, carousels and other content
Shoot and coordinate content shoots
Edit or manage editors
Identify trends and adapt them to Cacti's brand
Manage UGC and creator content
Maintain Cacti's visual identity and tone
Manage comments, DMs and community
Coordinate product shoots
Create content around launches, restocks, stores, offers and campaigns
Track content performance
Improve content based on data
We are looking for someone who:
Has 2–4 years of social media experience
Has worked with D2C/fashion/jewellery/beauty/lifestyle brands
Has strong visual taste
Understands Instagram deeply
Can identify valuable content
Can shoot on phone/camera
Understands editing
Can write good hooks/captions
Understands Gen-Z/internet culture
Is comfortable being on the ground for shoots
Has a strong portfolio
