n Job Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to manage the accounts
nreceivable process, ensure timely collections, reconcile customer accounts and bank statements, and
nmaintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills and
nexperience working with ERP systems

n Key Responsibilities
n Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process.
n Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
n Record and post customer payments in the ERP system.
n Perform Bank Statement Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
n Reconcile customer accounts and ledger balances.
n Apply and allocate customer payments against invoices.
n Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable Aging Reports.
n Monitor overdue invoices and follow up with customers for collections.
n Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments,
deductions, and unapplied
ncash.
n Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer balances.
n Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
n Process credit notes, debit notes, refunds, and adjustments.
n Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
n Prepare AR reports, collection reports, and cash flow reports for management.
n Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
n Maintain accurate documentation and financial records.
n Work closely with the Finance and Sales teams to resolve customer queries.
n Assist with internal and external audits related to Accounts Receivable.
