You will manage a small analyst team and sign off on the research that goes into the firm's advisory and consulting engagements. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As Research Manager, you will run the research work stream behind client engagements, managing a small team and ensuring every deliverable meets the rigor consulting clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement and Team Management
- Plan, assign, and review research work across multiple concurrent client engagements
- Coach and develop a team of research analysts, building their domain and methodology skills
- Own quality control on data, sourcing, and analysis before findings leave the team
Client and Practice Ownership
- Present research findings directly in client and partner-facing meetings
- Scope research approaches with engagement leads and translate briefs into workplans
- Build and maintain reusable research frameworks and templates for the practice
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 to 10 years in research, consulting, or advisory analysis, including experience leading or mentoring analysts
- Comfort working across multiple industries and client briefs at once
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or postgraduate degree from a reputed institute
- Prior experience at a consulting, advisory, or qualified-services firm
- Familiarity with primary research design and syndicated data sources
