Role Description The Creator In Residence will design and produce engaging content that supports legal learning and research, including blogs, explainer posts, short-form videos, social media content, and educational materials. In this part-time, in office role located in Surat, the Creator will collaborate with the founding and product teams to identify priority topics, translate complex legal concepts into accessible narratives, and maintain a consistent brand voice. Typical responsibilities include planning content calendars, drafting and refining scripts or articles,



repurposing platform resources into user-friendly formats, and gathering feedback from users to improve content quality. The role also involves staying updated on legal and tax trends relevant to the platform's focus areas and contributing ideas for new formats, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including writing, storytelling, and the ability to explain complex legal or technical topics in clear, accessible language.
- Experience with digital content formats such as blogs, social media posts, short videos, and basic visual or slide design.
- Familiarity or interest in law, taxation, or related fields (e.g., Income Tax, GST, NCLT) and a willingness to learn domain-specific concepts.
- Ability to research topics independently, organize information logically, and ensure factual accuracy and clarity.
- Comfort working on-site in Surat, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing part-time schedules and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset focused on improving learning and research experiences.
- Background in law, commerce, taxation, journalism, communications, or content creation is preferred but not mandatory.
