- Manage market making, trade operations, and corporate actions including listings and delistings across trading products
- Monitor real-time exchange trades, order books, spreads, market depth, and exposure losses, and develop related SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party exchanges to build dashboards, define SLAs, and resolve trade escalations
- Oversee client account management (freeze/unfreeze), fund management, and process improvements for optimized trading experience
