SAP Process Consultant – Gachibowli, Hyderabad

- Analyze business and technical needs, translating processes into practice using current IT tools.
- Implement new solutions through configuration and creation of functional specifications to facilitate solution realization.
- Conduct full integration testing of new or changed business/technical processes and develop business/technical cycle tests for stakeholders.
- Document process changes and share knowledge with stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and investigate problems without precedents using logic, inference, creativity, and initiative to find solutions.
- Provide cross-functional support and maintenance for assigned business/technical areas.
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses to evaluate alternative design approaches and determine best-balanced solutions that satisfy stakeholders and system requirements.
- Assume leadership roles in small initiatives as key contributor, facilitator, or group lead.





Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or 9 years IT experience without degree.
- Minimum 4 years IT experience, including at least 2 years in SAP.
- Techno-functional knowledge of SAP IT applications relevant to the business area.
- Ability to understand business processes and deliver efficient, high-quality service.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Solid solution design capabilities across functions and applications.
- Versatile to work outside standard hours when required.
