Gen AI Chatbot Architect

Reports To: Technical Program Managers

Location: Gurugram Work from Office

As a Generative AI Chatbot Architect , you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced conversational AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, drive productivity, and streamline business processes. You will leverage cutting-edge Generative AI technologies , Microsoft Azure services , and contemporary AI frameworks to deliver scalable, high-performance, and intelligent conversational interfaces.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement AI solutions to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Optimize, Develop and test scalable, high-performance chatbot solutions using Microsoft Bot Framework , Generative AI models , and Azure Cognitive Services .
- Integrate advanced cognitive capabilities (e.g., natural language understanding, sentiment analysis, and intent recognition) into conversational interfaces to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, developers) to align solutions with business goals and user needs.

Required

- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a recent focus on conversational AI ,



chatbot development , and Generative AI solutions .
- Bachelors/Master s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- Proficiency in C# programming and/or programming languages supported by Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Understanding of Chatbot Architecture, particularly based on the Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud services and generate clear and concise technical documents, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and system workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Python, React JS, Angular.
- Experience in leveraging other Azure AI services through SDKs and APIs.
- Experience with integrating third-party AI models into custom solutions.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines and chatbot deployment.
