Job Purpose

To design, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations for Air India. The role involves delivering innovative digital solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow deployments.

Key Accountabilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow features including:
- Workflows
- Business rules
- UI actions and policies
- Data policies and client scripts
- Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Notifications, reports, and dashboards
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and platforms via MID Server, web services, email, and other integration methods.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Debug and troubleshoot ServiceNow application issues and configuration defects.
- Maintain accurate documentation including technical specifications and user guides.
- Provide end-user support and collaborate with stakeholders for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Follow and promote best practices and development standards within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Stay current with current ServiceNow releases and platform enhancements.

Skills Required for the Role

- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and system administration




- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST APIs
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Studio, Application Scoping, and Update Sets
- Experience with ServiceNow integration and scripting (Server-side and Client-side)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in team settings

Educational and Experience Requirements

Minimum Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience:

- Minimum: 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Desired: Certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
