- Lead legal strategy for product, partnerships, and business initiatives across Web3 landscape
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including NDAs, MOUs, and commercial contracts
- Drive regulatory compliance and risk assessment for fintech and blockchain operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsels to support business goals and transactions
