- Design and execute performance test plans for complex systems
- Develop scripts and mock services in Python or Go for service-level testing
- Set up alerting, monitoring, and reliability matrices across services
- Provide actionable insights through detailed performance reports and system analysis
Role Responsibilities
- Lead debugging and resolution of memory leaks, bottlenecks, and connection issues
- Conduct system resource analysis under various test loads
- Mentor junior SDETs and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
