- Lead design and development of performance test plans for complex systems and applications
- Develop advanced performance scripts and mock services using Python and Go for service/infrastructure testing
- Analyze system resource usage under test conditions, document findings, and report to stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues like memory leaks and bottlenecks, ensuring system reliability
Role Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain reliability metrics, alerting, and monitoring systems for infrastructure components
- Generate detailed performance reports and session documentation for validation and analysis
- Mentor junior SDET team members to enhance their performance engineering skills
