- Processing LA commission & Follow-up for return of EMDs (Post supply of Goods)
- Order execution for the institutes as per the time lines.
- Ensuring payments/follow-up & Payments Tracking for receivables with various institutes across India.
- Co-ordination with Cross functional teams like QA/QC/Production/Supply chain/Finance to ensure on-time customer service
