- Profound knowledge of US healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and industry standards.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Healthcare-related certifications (e.g., PAHM, FAHM or relevant certifications) are a plus.
