Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Retail Solution Architect to assist our existing clients in identifying and solving their challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in implementing digital transformation projects and will play a crucial role in the growth of our retail teams. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
- Lead the implementation of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to delivery.
- Work closely with client teams to foster growth, enhance capabilities, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project workflows, deliverables, and timelines effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including solution blueprints and design specifications.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members,



fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on solution architecture and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in the retail industry, with a deep understanding of retail business processes and technologies.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using architectural modelling tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects from concept to delivery.

Preferred Skills:

- Advanced certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) or Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, CSM) are a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and up-to-date technologies (e.g., AI, IoT) relevant to retail.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and system interoperability.
