Talent Acquisition Manager

- Conduct regular reviews with customers and stakeholders (HRBPs, business leaders) on progress of talent acquisition; deliver on project and business requirements
- Establish and enforce workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure positive customer experience and exceed expectations
- Recommend and utilize effective sourcing channels, media platforms, and branding activities to promote Goodyear recruitment needs
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for niche and critical roles requiring expertise in hiring and stakeholder management
- Develop and coach Talent Acquisition Specialists and team members through continuous feedback and career discussions to maintain a motivated and high-performing team
- Communicate and articulate expectations to team members; realign when necessary; gather inputs to improve engagement
- Make decisive actions on performance, motivation,



and development concerns of team members

Experience Requirements:

- 10+ years hands-on technical recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a team lead or management role
- Experience in global or multi-national environments preferred
- Hiring expertise in software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation
- Strong knowledge of tech talent market and skills for technical roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior leaders and hiring managers
- Experience in quick-paced, high-growth or global capability centers preferred
