IT Operations Manager

- Manage all aspects of people, resources, and processes for capacity planning, KPI setup, and continuous improvement to drive high-level IT service delivery
- Ensure IT operation standards, processes, and procedures comply with SLA, Cybersecurity, SOX, and Non-SOX requirements for IT systems and devices
- Execute and monitor local project development and communicate progress to all stakeholders
- Collaborate as part of the regional manufacturing team to share resources, best practices, and deliver continuous improvement value to the country
- Represent the country in global and regional IT project execution
- Plan, manage, and control IT AOP and CAPEX budget to efficiently meet business objectives and deliver results
- Build a high-performance team through people development and succession planning to meet top talent and IT Center of Excellence goals

Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,



Information Technology, MIS, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support and operations including SAP, system infrastructure, and application development
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions
- Understanding of SAP Basis, processes, configurations, and master data
- Experience managing and leading teams and interacting effectively with IT members
- Knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies
- Familiarity with SOX and IT security frameworks
- Understanding of LAN/WAN architecture, operating systems, applications, and backup technology
- Experience in vendor and contract management including negotiation
