We’re looking for a driven and articulate Accounts and Admin Officer to handle day-to-day accounting tasks and office administration. The person will be reporting directly to the Director/CEO. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, reconciliations, and vouchers. - Maintain and update all books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards. - Handle GST filings, TDS calculations and returns,
and other statutory compliances in coordination with CAs and other tax consultants. - Prepare and support financial reports, MIS, and documentation for audits. - Liaise with the company’s external auditors for audits and filing returns. - Monitor accounts receivable and payable; Manage administrative tasks pertaining to the workplace and staff management. Proficient in Accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.) Proficient in MS office and Google Drive Understanding of GST filing and accounting Fluency in English - written and verbal Office Location: Bandra West, Mumbai Compensation Range: 6 - 7.8 LPA
