The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective restaurant partners, presenting ResCount's digital marketing and customer engagement solutions, and ensuring successful onboarding of restaurants onto the platform. Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation. Explain the features and advantages of the ResCount platform and demonstrate how it helps restaurants attract more customers, increase repeat visits, and boost revenue. Google Review Management Guide restaurant partners through the onboarding process and assist them in creating and setting up their business profiles. Build long-term relationships with restaurant partners and ensure high customer satisfaction.



Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective clients. Achieve monthly onboarding, sales, and revenue targets. Update CRM with client interactions, sales progress, and onboarding status. Coordinate with the internal support team to ensure smooth partner activation and service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Graduate in any discipline. ~1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or B2B Sales. ~ Experience in the hospitality, food-tech, SaaS, or digital marketing industry will be an added advantage. ~ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred. ~ Must be willing to travel within Kolkata for client meetings.
