Role Description The Regional Manager – North is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi & North India, responsible for overseeing sales and business operations across the northern region. The role involves managing regional sales targets,



developing and executing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors, industrial customers, and key accounts. The regional manager will monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate pricing, contracts, and negotiations in alignment with company policies. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring the regional sales team, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts, and collaborating with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
