You will be Hectre’s face in the valley — the person CA store owners, packhouse operators, and fruit traders call when they want to understand what objective, camera-based grading can do for their business. Build and own the sales pipeline across Kashmir’s fruit belt — Pulwama, Shopian, Sopore, Anantnag, and beyond Run demonstrations and walk prospective customers through live Arc installations Support our implementation team during installations and be the trusted local point of contact for customers Represent Hectre with industry bodies, CA storage associations,



and growers’ networks Feed market intelligence back to our product and leadership teams — you’ll work directly with the founders Deep roots in Kashmir’s fruit economy. You’ve worked in or sold to CA storage units, packhouses, fruit trading, mandis, or horticulture supply — and the industry knows your name A record of B2B selling. You can run a commercial conversation about capex, payback, and operations with a business owner — not just a product pitch Fluent English plus Urdu and/or Kashmiri. You’ll work daily with our global team and your local market Willing to travel throughout the valley regularly; a driving licence and own transport preferred A background at SKUAST, in post-harvest technology, or inside a CA storage operation is a robust plus.
