As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in our sales funnel by identifying potential customers, starting meaningful conversations, understanding their needs, and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team. Identify and research potential customers and decision-makers to create new sales opportunities. Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct 100–120 cold calls and cold emails while confidently engaging with international prospects. Communicate Value: Clearly communicate how our solutions can help businesses overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. Build Confidence: Develop strong sales communication skills and become increasingly confident in handling conversations with decision-makers. Gauge Sales Readiness: Schedule Meetings: Convert qualified conversations into successful meetings for the sales team. Nurture Leads: Maintain meaningful communication with prospects and build relationships throughout the sales process. Keep detailed records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM. Partner with Sales: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Learn from feedback, coaching,



and call performance to continuously strengthen your sales skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, tele-sales, or lead generation.
- Proven success in outbound sales and lead generation, with a strong track record of identifying and qualifying prospects.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and able to handle rejection with resilience and a positive mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
