- Generate business opportunities directly from exhibiting companies across industries
- Achieve sales targets by converting exhibitors into clients oEvent websites, directories,



and B2B platforms oLinkedIn outreach targeting marketing/branding teams of exhibiting companies
- Maintain and update a structured database of exhibitors (domestic & international)oBrand positioning and exhibition objectives Act as the primary point of contact from inquiry to project completion
- Handle communication with domestic and international exhibitors across time zones
- Ensure high satisfaction and long-term client retention Present 2D/3D stall designs aligned with exhibitor branding
- Commercials & Conversion
- Prepare quotations covering design, fabrication, logistics, and installation
- Project Coordination & Execution
- Manage logistics and installation at exhibition venues (India & international)
- Collect feedback from exhibitors after project completion
- Generate repeat business from the same exhibitors across multiple events
