Azista space is a transformative force in the global aerospace sector, uniquely positioned at the intersection of indigenous innovation and industrial scalability. Operating India’s first private-sector satellite mass-production facility in Ahmedabad, we have bridged the gap between complex engineering and high-volume manufacturing. As a vertically integrated leader, we provide end-to-end solutions from the precision design of satellite buses and advanced payloads to mission management and communication systems. We don’t just build hardware, we are democratizing the final frontier by providing global clientele with the cost-effective, high-performance technology needed to power the next generation of orbital missions. We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Design Engineer (3+ Years) to take complete ownership of our Satellite Checkout Systems and Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE). In this role, you will architect, design, build, and validate the custom electronics and test hardware that simulate, command, and verify spacecraft subsystems before launch. You will bridge the gap between concept and launch pad—collaborating across electronics, firmware, mechanical, and Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) teams. If you thrive on end-to-end hardware ownership and have guided designs through full product development lifecycles, this is your launchpad. End-to-End Hardware Ownership: Lead the complete lifecycle of EGSE and checkout hardware from requirements definition and architecture design to board bring-up, validation, and field deployment. Mixed-Signal & Power Circuit Design: Design robust analog, digital, power distribution, and protection circuits with built-in ESD, over-voltage, and over-current safeguards. High-Reliability PCB Development: Create production-grade schematics and multi-layer PCBs (Altium / OrCAD / Allegro / KiCAD), ensuring strict compliance with signal/power integrity, EMI/EMC, DFM/DFT, and thermal standards. Spacecraft Interface & Simulation:

Develop interface electronics for core satellite subsystems (OBC, EPS, TT&C;, Payloads) to execute high-reliability telemetry acquisition, fault detection, and subsystem simulation. Design embedded communication architectures utilizing UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS-422/485, and Ethernet on MCU (ARM/STM32) and FPGA-based platforms. Lab Bring-Up & Root-Cause Analysis: Execute first-power-up testing, hardware debugging, and signal validation using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers; Cross-Disciplinary System Integration: Collaborate with mechanical and systems engineers on test rack enclosures, harness/cable design, thermal management, and environmental qualification testing. Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline (M.Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics hardware design, with at least one complete product lifecycle taken from concept to deployment. Circuit & PCB Design: Strong fundamentals in analog, digital, and power electronics; Hands-on hardware implementation of industrial/avionics interfaces (CAN, RS-422/485, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet). Solid bench experience using digital storage oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and power supplies for board bring-up and fault isolation. Direct experience developing EGSE, ATE, or checkout systems for aerospace, defense, or high-reliability applications. Familiarity with spacecraft AIT workflows and aerospace standards (ECSS / MIL-STD / IPC-A-610 Class 3). Practical understanding of rack-mounted enclosure packaging, cable harness routing, and connector selection (Mil-Circular, D-Sub, Micro-D). Pioneer Private Spaceflight: Work at the forefront of the new space revolution with India's pioneering satellite mass-manufacturing company. Multidisciplinary Exposure: Collaborate closely with industry-leading experts across satellite systems, aerospace structures, RF communications, and mission operations. Modern R&D; Culture: A rapid-paced, innovation-first environment equipped with cutting-edge lab instrumentation and manufacturing infrastructure.
