Role Description The Creator Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for planning, producing, and managing content related to Estate Guru's real estate offerings across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to gather property and service information, developing engaging narratives and visual concepts, and collaborating with designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality marketing assets. The Creator Manager will oversee content calendars, ensure brand consistency across all materials, and track performance to refine future content initiatives.



This role also involves supporting campaigns, events, and client presentations by delivering clear, compelling content aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

- Content creation and storytelling skills, including the ability to translate real estate data and service details into engaging, client-focused narratives.
- Experience planning and managing content calendars, coordinating with creative teams, and overseeing production workflows for digital and print materials.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and audience engagement strategies for brand visibility.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a service-oriented industry is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad and meeting clients or visiting properties as required by project needs.
