Role Description:

We are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. The role will primarily involve jewellery order processing, coordination, costing/pricing, and communication with US customers. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of the Diamond & Jewellery Industry, along with a strong understanding of jewellery products and related processes. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Mumbai.

The role involves-

- Processing sales orders by receiving and reviewing customer requirements and completing the final processing in ERP
- Handle end-to-end coordination and ensure timely completion of customer requirements
- Coordinate with US customers through email and phone
- Work on jewellery costing and pricing
- Maintain and work on MS Excel for day-to-day operational requirements
- Handle invoicing-related activities
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of orders and requirements
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams for smooth execution of orders

Requirements:

- Male candidates only
- Candidates who are currently working or have previously worked in the Diamond & Jewellery Industry, whether in Order Processing / Operations or any other profile, are encouraged to apply, provided they have a good understanding of jewellery products, costing/pricing, and manufacturing/production processes and are interested in moving into an Order Processing role.
- Candidates with experience dealing with export / US customers will be preferred.
- Candidates should have a good understanding of how jewellery manufacturing and production processes work.
