Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Medical College Admission Counsellor. The counsellor will guide students and families through the NEET counseling and medical college admission process, including explaining eligibility, quotas, cut-offs, and documentation requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and over phone/video), responding to queries, maintaining accurate student records, and supporting students in choice filling and college selection. The role also involves following up with prospective students, providing updates on important deadlines and changes in regulations,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The counsellor will contribute to outreach activities, assist with seminars or webinars, and uphold high standards of professional and ethical conduct.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively counsel students and interact with families.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to handle inquiries, build trust, and support conversions where applicable.
- Candidates should possess Education-related skills and understanding of academic pathways, particularly NEET and medical admissions.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working with data, basic spreadsheets, and online counseling/registration portals.
- Prior experience in educational counseling, admissions, or test prep services is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in education, counseling, or related fields are an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional Indian languages is beneficial.
