Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Vapi. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, sequencing, adding transitions, and integrating audio elements. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers and social media teams to understand project briefs, applying color grading and visual enhancements, and creating motion graphics to support brand storytelling. The role involves preparing video assets optimized for various digital platforms, maintaining organized project files, and meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.
The Video Editor will also contribute creative ideas to campaigns and ensure all video content aligns with client brand guidelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating high-quality, engaging content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency and overall look and feel of video projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design visual elements, titles, and animated assets that support brand messaging.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of social media and digital content formats.
- Ability to work on-site in Vapi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in an agency or creative environment is an advantage.
