Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecaller role based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will engage with prospective and existing clients over phone calls to explain Credifix's financial solutions, gather information about funding requirements, and clarify documentation and eligibility criteria. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, updating call records in internal systems, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments with relevant team members. The role involves maintaining professional communication, providing accurate information, and supporting clients throughout the initial stages of their financing journey.



The Telecaller will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and a positive client experience.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with clear articulation and active listening abilities.
- Customer service and client relationship skills, including patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of financial products such as loans, funding options, and documentation requirements (training can be provided).
- Proficiency in using telecalling tools, CRM systems, and basic computer applications (MS Office or equivalent).
- Ability to manage high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate call logs and records.
- Comfort working in a target-based environment with a focus on quality conversations and lead conversion.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (preferably in financial services) is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
