Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Chennai. The specialist will identify and engage prospective learners, present Tech Vedhu's programs, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to enrollment. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, following up on leads, maintaining strong relationships with learners and partners, and providing high-quality customer service. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, gathering feedback from the market, coordinating with training teams,



and contributing to strategies that increase brand awareness and program adoption.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and address their needs.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to handle lead generation, conversions, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to guide learners through program offerings and help them understand the learning journey.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing skills, including understanding digital channels, campaign support, and market research.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience in Ed-tech, education sales, or technology training services is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and at least one regional language, with comfort in presenting and negotiating in person.
