We're hiring: HR Manager

Petrocon is looking for an experienced HR skilled to lead people operations, strengthen recruitment, and support our growing workforce across multiple locations.

With 2,200+ professionals and 600+ projects delivered, Petrocon continues to expand its presence across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, Uzbekistan, Singapore and Australia.

This role is ideal for an HR leader who can combine strong people management with hands-on expertise in recruitment, workforce planning and employee engagement.

Role details:

→ Experience: 10+ years in Human Resources

→ Location: Mangalore / Hyderabad

→ Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

Key responsibilities:

→ Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical and corporate roles

→ Develop effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies

→ Manage workforce planning and manpower requirements across departments

→ Oversee onboarding,



employee engagement and retention initiatives

→ Handle performance management, HR policies and employee relations

→ Ensure HR compliance, documentation and statutory requirements

→ Work closely with leadership and department heads on people strategies

→ Build and improve HR processes that support organizational growth

Candidates with strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly within Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, Power or Energy industries, will be preferred.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership and team-handling skills are essential.
