Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Meta, Google & YouTube Ads). The role involves planning and executing data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and YouTube, aligned with client objectives and budgets. Responsibilities include audience research, keyword and placement strategy, creating and testing ad creatives, setting up tracking, and optimizing campaigns for key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will manage end-to-end campaign operations,



including media planning, bid and budget management, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and remarketing strategies. The role also requires analyzing performance reports, presenting insights, collaborating with design, content, and tech teams, and mentoring junior marketers to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise in performance marketing on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), and YouTube Ads, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS and lead generation targets.
- Proficiency in campaign strategy, media planning, funnel building, audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing to drive scalable acquisition and retention.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking for web and app properties.
- Ability to interpret data, build performance dashboards, and translate campaign metrics into clear optimization actions and business insights.
- Experience collaborating with creative and content teams to develop effective ad copies, video scripts, landing pages, and conversion-focused user journeys.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex performance concepts to non-technical team members and clients.
