About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Specialist Intern to join our growing team and help expand DawaGo's pharmacy and delivery partner network.

This is a hands-on, field-oriented role where you will interact directly with pharmacies, delivery partners, and customers. You will support partner acquisition, local marketing initiatives, onboarding, relationship management, and customer engagement.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating, selling ideas, exploring the market, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach potential pharmacy and delivery partners.

* Present DawaGo's platform, benefits,



and value proposition to prospective partners.

* Assist with onboarding and activation of new pharmacies and delivery partners.

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing partners.

* Conduct field visits and participate in face-to-face meetings with local businesses.

* Support local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.

* Engage with customers to understand their needs, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and other offline marketing initiatives.

* Help train newly onboarded partners by explaining DawaGo's platform, processes, and operational workflows.

* Maintain basic records of leads, partner onboarding, field activities, and campaign performance.

* Coordinate with the core team to share market insights, feedback, and daily activity updates.

* Contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition, partner acquisition, and local market growth.

* Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer engagement.

* Ability to explain products and processes clearly.

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media is a plus.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
