- Design, develop, and maintain business rules and event-driven applications using TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE).
- Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Develop and configure Event Processing, Rule Functions, Entities, Events, and Concepts.
- Integrate TIBCO BE with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, JMS, and messaging systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Coordinate with business, architecture, and integration teams for requirement and solution design.
Mandatory Skills:
- Solid hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE).
- Good knowledge of Java, XML, XPATH/XSLT.
- Experience with JMS, REST/SOAP, and API integrations.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.
- Experience in event-driven architecture and business rule management.
