Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering HR policies, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. This full-time, on-site role in Rajpura involves handling employee relations, addressing queries, supporting performance management activities, and assisting in training and development coordination. The role includes ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, preparing HR reports and documentation,



and working closely with management to support workforce planning. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with teams across the organization to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and basic HR analytics.
- Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant HR processes.
- Robust Employee Relations capabilities, including conflict resolution, counseling, and engagement initiatives.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to logistics or industrial sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR management software.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work on-site in Rajpura.
- Prior experience in logistics, transport, or pharmaceutical environments is beneficial.

Salary Expectations- 30-35K CTC
