About the Company

A global bank is standing up its India technology and operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an IT Security Analyst to protect systems that move money for millions of customers. Role Overview

As an IT Security Analyst, you will monitor, investigate, and respond to security events across banking systems, while helping the centre build out a mature security-operations function.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring & Incident Response

- Monitor SIEM alerts, logs, and network traffic for suspicious activity
- Triage, investigate, and respond to security incidents within defined SLAs
- Coordinate containment, remediation, and post-incident reviews

Risk & Compliance

- Support vulnerability assessments, patch tracking, and remediation follow-up




- Maintain evidence and documentation for regulatory and internal audits
- Contribute to security policies, standards, and control frameworks

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2 to 6 years in IT security, SOC analysis, or information-security operations
- Working knowledge of SIEM tools, firewalls, and endpoint-security platforms
- Understanding of common attack patterns, threat intelligence, and incident-response practice
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
- Certifications such as Security+, CEH, or working toward CISSP
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like PCI-DSS, RBI guidelines, or ISO 27001
