About the opportunity

We're looking for 3 ambitious Creators-in-Residence to help us build the content and distribution engine behind Counselvise.

Counselvise is an AI-powered legal research platform focused on judgments and legal intelligence across Income Tax, GST and Corporate Law.

This isn't a conventional social media or content-writing role.

We want people who can build themselves as creators while helping us build Counselvise.

The Residency

You'll work part-time with the Counselvise team, primarily from iKoVerk, our coworking space.

Your contribution may include researching, ideating and creating content across:

- LinkedIn
- Instagram / Reels
- X / Twitter
- Blogs and long-form content
- Legal and judgment explainers
- Practical law templates
- Stories and short-form content
- Other formats we experiment with

Creators may also get opportunities to participate in online conversations, webinars and local or outstation events representing Counselvise.

Some content will be distributed through Counselvise.

Some will be created collaboratively and distributed through your own creator identity.

The objective is simple:

Build Counselvise's distribution while simultaneously building yourself as a creator.

2. Direct Revenue Participation

When your content, community or distribution brings customers to Counselvise, you participate in the revenue you help generate.

The better you become at creating meaningful distribution, the greater your potential upside.

3. Participate in CSOP





Creators who consistently contribute and qualify as Active Creator Partners become eligible to participate in:

CSOP — Creator Share of Platform.

CSOP allows qualifying creators to participate in Counselvise's overall platform revenue, rather than limiting their participation only to customers attributed to their individual content or referral activity.

Our intention is to create greater alignment between the people helping build Counselvise and the platform they are helping grow.

4. Complimentary iKoVerk Membership

Every Creator-in-Residence gets complimentary access to iKoVerk.

Your Counselvise commitment is part-time.

Outside that commitment, use the space to:

- Build your personal brand
- Work on your own projects
- Meet clients
- Create content
- Build your next venture

We want Counselvise to help build you while you help build Counselvise.

Someone obsessed with taxation, startups, finance, business or law.

A great writer who wants to get comfortable on camera.

Someone who's great on camera but wants access to better research and subject matter.

Or simply someone who can make complicated subjects interesting.

Follower count is not our primary selection criterion.

We care much more about:

Curiosity. Communication. Consistency. Domain understanding. Creator ambition.

The Selection Process

We are starting with only 3 Creators-in-Residence.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a conversation where we'll explain the residency model, working structure, economics, performance participation and CSOP in detail.
