Role Description The Medical Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bangalore. This role focuses on promoting and selling medical and fitness-related equipment to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and building long-term relationships with medical and administrative decision-makers. The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely follow-up to achieve revenue targets.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for order processing, after-sales support, and customer training, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and staying updated on industry trends, product features, and competitive offerings. Demonstrated expertise in Medical Sales and Hospital Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Basic understanding of Medicine or medical terminology to explain product benefits, clinical applications, and usage confidently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field; equivalent professionalexperience considered. Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client visits and product demonstrations. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and report preparation;
